RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Blue Ball Brewing Company, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of damage (unless received that way)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Exchanges & Store Credit

We’re always happy to offer exchanges or store credit to help you find the perfect fit or item. This is often the fastest and easiest option.

Refunds

If you prefer a refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Food products (including seasonings or consumables)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Used or worn merchandise not due to a defect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In-Person & Event Purchases

All purchases made at events, pop-ups, or in-person are final sale, unless the item is defective.
