Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • Tracking information will be sent once your order ships

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or based on flat-rate pricing
  • Delivery times vary based on location and carrier
  • Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping

Local Pickup (May be offered in limited circumstances)

  • Local pickup may be available at select times/events
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If an order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply

Damaged Shipments

Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
